When will I receive my lab results?

You should receive notification of lab results by mail within three weeks of your test. If you have not heard from us after three weeks, please contact our office. If your results require immediate notification, we will contact you.

How do I obtain a prescription refill?

To obtain a prescription refill, please bring all medications with you to your scheduled office visit. If medications are not refilled at that time, you will need to schedule an office visit before they can be refilled. It is important you bring all medications to every office visit.

What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?

You should bring your insurance card and all medications you are taking as well as any over-the-counter medications.

What if I have a question after hours?

After normal office hours, urgent calls are handled through our "Call-A-Nurse" system. Call the office at 704-637-1123, listen to the message completely and hold the line for a registered nurse to answer. If needed, a medical provider will contact you. For questions of a non-urgent nature, we ask that you call our office during regular business hours.
